Dear FA Reseller,
We wish to notify you of upcoming changes to Fragrance Alchemy reselling.
First, the Fragrance Alchemy business has been legally transferred to the Original Ones nonprofit, and this process will be finalized by January 1, 2024. The Seer recently announced going into deeper seclusion – to step out of the world of mirrors – and this transfer is in support of that. That is: it’s in support of allowing her to disentangle from all corporate and interpersonal matrices. The Seer will continue to design, mix and bless the fragrances, but the operational and logistical aspects will henceforth be handled and managed by Original Ones. Tina, the FA Lab Manager has joined us also.
Secondly, as part of this transfer, we have been conducting a comprehensive review of current strategies, and this involves revisiting the reseller program. In light of the evolving global economic climate, and after careful consideration, we’ve made the decision to phase out the existing reseller program, effective January 1st, 2024. We believe this step is necessary to align our operations more closely with the current market realities and the long-term vision of the company.
Throughout December, we’ll be thoroughly reviewing whether the reseller program can be made economically sustainable. Our goal is to ensure that any changes we make are considerate of both our business needs and the potential impact on resellers. We want to assure you that we do not take these changes lightly, but, first and foremost, we must ensure the continuity of Fragrance Alchemy.
Further details about the transition and what it means for our partnership will be shared as soon as they are available. Please note: no one at Original Ones, including Tina, currently has the answers as to what the future of reselling looks like. Chances are though, that future reseller discounts will be volume-based.
